Welcome to two new students who joined Equal Learning in the holidays and have continued to work hard this term- James (Cobham) and Kevin (Middleton Grange).
I have been working with each of these boys to accelerate their learning by extending their vocabulary with character WOW words. These are added to their own dictionaries along with the meaning of the word. They put them into a sentence in their own words, so they understand and know how to use the word.
They carry their personal dictionary with them to school so they can add and use these words.
